This class has been created for those new to Pilates or looking to refine their foundation. Esmé will guide you through the basics of Pilates, focusing on breath, alignment, and gentle movement to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are and start your Pilates journey!
Take a quick break to improve flexibility and relieve tension with this 30-minute stretch and mobility class, designed to fit perfectly into your lunch hour. Refresh your body, improve movement, and re-energise for the rest of your day. For all levels.
Bodyweight Fit is a versatile class designed for all fitness levels. Using only bodyweight exercises, this class incorporates various engaging formats, including circuits, to deliver effective and dynamic workouts. The emphasis is on building strength, improving endurance, and enhancing mobility, all in a supportive and adaptable environment. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to push yourself, give Bodyweight a try.
pilates - mixed ability
This class is ideal for those who have a strong Pilates foundation and want to enhance their core strength, posture, and energy efficiency. With modifications offered throughout, this mixed-ability class ensures that everyone can progress at their own pace. Whether you're refining your technique or looking to challenge yourself further, you'll leave feeling stronger and more aligned.

FAQs
Where are the classes held?
All classes are held in the studio above Step2 Dance at Worton Park, OX29 4SU.
Do you provide mats and equipment?
You need to bring a mat, this is for hygiene reasons. Preferably a 10mm for Pilates.
Any equipment needed will be provided, e.g., blocks for Pilates.
What should I wear?
For Pilates & Bodyweight Fit- wear clothing that allows you to move without restriction, such as shorts, leggings, gym tops or t-shirts.
For Midday Revive - wear clothing that allows you to move without restriction; just be comfortable.
What else do I need to bring?
You might like to bring a bottle of water.
I need to go to work after, will I be hot & sweaty?
It's a hard question to answer, as it's so individual! However;
Pilates - this will get you warm but is unlikely to have you breaking a sweat.
Midday revive - just like Pilates, we'll have you sitting back at your desk ready to go!
Bodyweight fit - I hope so! Moments of calm mixed in with hard work!
