I help you rebuild strength, restore confidence, and move with ease — through safe, effective Pilates designed around your body.

Why Pilates?

Whether you’re new to exercise, recovering from injury, or just want to feel stronger and more mobile, my Pilates sessions offer a supportive, no-pressure space to reconnect with your body.

Together, we’ll build core strength, balance, and mobility — starting where you are and levelling up as you go.

From your very first session, you’ll start to feel the difference.

FAQs

Can anyone do Pilates?

Yes — absolutely. No matter your age, ability, or background, Pilates can be adapted to meet your needs.

What’s the difference between True Beginner and Mixed Ability?

True Beginner is a short course for complete newbies or those returning after a break. Mixed Ability is an ongoing class for people who’ve done some Pilates before and are ready to keep building.

Will I be corrected during class?

Yes—kindly and clearly, and with hands-on changes to help you move safely and get the most from each session.

What if I’m nervous to move because of pain or injury?

That’s incredibly common — and exactly why I offer this kind of Pilates. We'll start gently and help you feel back in control of your body.

What should I bring?

Just wear clothes you can freely move in. Bring your own mat (10mm thick) and some water. Small props are provided by me.
